Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Spectrallure.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Spectrallure.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Spectrallure will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Spectrallure will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Spectrallure is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing:

  1. Upon receiving your order, our team works diligently to process and fulfill it as quickly as possible.

  2. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods:

Shipping Charges:

  1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and your delivery address.

Returns

14-Day Jewelry Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Spectrallure. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of delivery. Please review the following guidelines for our return process:

Return Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the shipment tracking information.

Return Procedure:

  2. Pack the jewelry securely in its original packaging along with any included accessories and documentation.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  2. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your jewelry item for a different size or style, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
